Payment Information for Physical Therapy

Enertia Physical Therapy is a cash-pay physical therapy practice that operates out of network.  

Why we do not accept traditional insurance:  

With services delivered in a variety of settings, including the privacy and comfort of your own home, out in the community, and at our lovely new clinic location, Enertia Physical Therapy optimizes treatment time while providing you with dedicated attention and effort. As a concierge service, our energy is entirely focused on you, free from the influence of a third-party payer. This allows us to deliver healthcare in its purest form, with the highest levels of compassion, while reducing time lost to unsustainable documentation practices and billing loopholes that often limit the quality and scope of service you would otherwise receive.  

To ensure a smooth intake process and help you feel better quickly, if you plan to utilize your out-of-network benefits for insurance reimbursement, we require patients to confirm their benefits by calling their insurance provider before your first session of physical therapy begins. At this time, we cannot obtain pre-authorization or submit claims on your behalf, but we are happy to provide you with instructions and specifics to inquire about your benefits when you contact your insurance company. As a courtesy, we can also supply you with a superbill after your session, which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement of out-of-network benefits.  

Fees for Physical Therapy services:  

Initial Evaluations: $240  

Follow-up Visits: $180  

All payments are due at the time of service and will be collected on the same day. Superbills will be sent to you within 10 business days of the service provided.  

Payment Options:  

1) Ivy Pay - a HIPAA compliant credit card processing service  

*Patients can securely keep a debit, credit, HSA, or FSA card on file for easy, instant payment processing.  

2) Cash  

3) HSA/FSA Accounts  

4) Patients can submit their superbill (receipt of payment for services received) to their insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.
