You will work one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy who will provide our undivided attention and care. During your session, you will not be doubled up with other patients or transitioned to an assistant or an aide. We are entirely focused on you, whether you’re receiving in-home physical therapy, engaging in aquatic therapy, or undergoing manual therapy techniques. Our goal is to optimize your time and improve overall outcomes, including conducting thorough vestibular assessments when necessary.
Your therapist will begin by taking a thorough inventory of your past medical history as it relates to your primary complaint or concern. They will then proceed with a physical examination, which includes a vestibular assessment to evaluate your balance and coordination. During this process, they will also assess mobility, range of motion, strength, and perform specialized tests based on the condition for which you are being seen. After this assessment, they will collaborate with you to determine goals and create a specialized plan of care that may incorporate techniques such as manual therapy or even aquatic therapy, as well as options for in-home physical therapy if needed.
For patients experiencing dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, and concussion management, we will likely employ our state-of-the-art technology to conduct a vestibular assessment by evaluating your eye movements in a darkened environment. This critical component helps us identify the root cause of dizziness and imbalance. Additionally, we offer aquatic therapy and in-home physical therapy options, as well as manual therapy techniques, to further support your recovery.
Including massage, manual therapy techniques such as tool-assisted soft tissue mobilization and joint mobilizations as indicated, along with aquatic therapy and in-home physical therapy options, as well as vestibular assessment when necessary.
Based on your examination findings, our therapists will utilize manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, including aquatic therapy, to create a unique and evolving program that helps you get moving and feeling better. Additionally, you will receive in-home physical therapy exercises with clear instructions to do at home, as well as guidance following your vestibular assessment.

Cupping Therapy is an ancient form of alternative medicine where a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. This practice is known to help with pain relief, inflammation, and relaxation, contributing to overall well-being, much like aquatic therapy or in-home physical therapy options. It can be considered a type of manual therapy and is often used alongside other therapeutic techniques, including vestibular assessment, to enhance recovery and promote deep relaxation.
If aquatic therapy is deemed necessary or requested, your therapist will first conduct a vestibular assessment to evaluate the condition you wish to address on land. Should the mutual treatment plan include aquatic therapy, we will collaborate to find a pool that meets your needs in terms of time and temperature. Additionally, our team will strive to accommodate your preferences, whether you are receiving in-home physical therapy or engaging in manual therapy.
We will inquire about other aspects of your well-being and collaborate with other health care professionals as needed to ensure we are evaluating and treating the whole you—not just your elbow or any other singular condition. This may include options like aquatic therapy, in-home physical therapy, manual therapy, or even a vestibular assessment to address your comprehensive health needs.
We partner with other providers to ensure your needs are met across various disciplines, including aquatic therapy, in-home physical therapy, manual therapy, and vestibular assessment, to attain the best possible long-term outcomes for you.
